This Entertainment typhoon owns and operates more than 135 stores that offer casual dining, full bar service, and a cavernous game room. The company's Midway features virtual reality platform and some games that are activated by game play credits on cards or other RFID devices (Power Cards). For dining, they offer a menu that features traditional American fare such as burgers and steak.

Position Overview & Responsibilities

  • Train and supervise staff
  • Ensure all food safety procedures are strictly adhered to according to sanitary regulations
  • Work closely with management to meet revenue objectives
  • Implement appropriate strategies to resolve adverse trends and improve sales
  • Maintain safe working conditions
  • Follow company policies and procedures regarding the handling of cash, property, products and equipment
  • Audit inventory levels to ensure product availability, and order products as necessary

Position Requirements

  • At least two years of current experience as a Restaurant Assistant Manager in a full-service restaurant with a bar.
  • Must be currently employed.
  • No more than 2 jobs in the last 5 years, 3 jobs in the last 9 years, unless you relocated, a location closed/was sold.
  • Ability to articulate personal and team-led success stories.
  • ServSafe certification preferred.
  • Strong leadership qualities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
