Position Overview & Responsibilities

  • Supervise shift operations
  • Strictly follow company cash handling procedures
  • Complete opening and closing duties
  • Promptly and professionally handle all guest comments
  • Communicate all team member issues and complaints to the team through daily communication
  • Write schedules based on performance
  • Coach, train, and develop new team members
  • Performance reviews on an ongoing basis for department
  • Follow and understand company procedures at all times
  • Interview and hire new team members
  • Adhere to and understand all safety and sanitation procedures set forth by the company
  • Maintain performance standards and motivates team through positive role modeling
  • Interview, hire, and assign training to all new team members
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation procedures set forth by the company
  • Complete understanding of all menu items and procedures in all areas
  • Required to make appropriate decisions in fast paced environment
  • All other duties, although not listed, assigned by the General Manager

  • 1+ year working in a restaurant environment
  • Ability to be a self-starter
