Position Overview & Responsibilities

The Restaurant Manager is ultimately responsible for all functions of the restaurant, including opening, mid or closing shifts. We are looking for Restaurant Management who are going to take personal accountability for their restaurant, and staff.  Our ideal candidate will concentrate on the effective operation of the restaurant and staff, with regards to internal & external guest satisfaction and service, in conjunction with peer Managers, subordinates and superiors. Our ideal candidate will concentrate on building sales and developing staff, with fiscal responsibility.

Position Requirements

  • Strong P&L knowledge
  • Systems oriented
  • Approachable to guest and staff
  • Marketing background is a plus, but not a requirement
  • Great Communication skills
  • A minimum of 3 years of current experience as an assistant manager or AGM in upscale casual dining
  • Some experience with training and development
  • Loyal and dependable
  • Passion for service and great food
  • Must be currently employed as a restaurant manager
  • Excellent tenure and past jobs- no more than 3-4 jobs in 10 years

  • I received a call from Clint, after he introduced himself he told me about a job he thought I would be perfect for. A franchise of the company I had previously worked for.
