Position Overview & Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of the kitchen.
  • Train and develop team members.
  • Meet or exceed performance goals.
  • Develop strong customer experiences.
  • Maintain all company and Health Department policies and requirements.
  • Understand the local market, marketing within the community, and community involvement.
  • Supervise and coordinate all front-of-house activities.
  • Create and adjust staff schedules to meet business needs.

Position Requirements

  • At least two years of current experience as a high-volume Kitchen Manager.
  • Experience with $6.0M or higher restaurants.
  • No more than 2 jobs in the last 5 years, 3 jobs in the last 9 years, unless you relocated, a location closed/was sold.
  • Ability to articulate personal and team-led success stories.
  • ServSafe certification preferred.
  • Strong leadership qualities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
