Position Overview & Responsibilities

  • Day-to-Day Operations
  • Responsible for actively managing, motivating, coaching and supervising all hourly employees
  • Monitors staffing levels in each department
  • Monitoring daily financial numbers and making the necessary operation adjustments
  • Listens and communicates effectively to resolve guest concerns
  • Develops interactive guest relations and awareness of any possible future requirements
  • Attracts top talent - Recruits, hires, trains, motivates & inspires all hourly team members
  • Exhibits professionalism at all times in the presence of guests and fellow employees
  • Displays leadership and teamwork at all times


  • Medical  75%
  • Dental  75%
  • 3% 401K match after 6 months
  • 1 week vacation after 6 months
  • 2nd week at 2 year, 3 weeks after 5
  • 4 paid holidays
  • 45 hour work week

Position Requirements

  • Stable employment history - at least 2 years of General
  • Manager experience
  • Leadership abilities
  • Extensive customer service experience
  • Professional communication skills
  • The ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
  • Problem solving abilities; be self-motivated, organized and able to multi-task
  • Experience managing P&L Statements
  • Understanding and knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures
