Position Overview & Responsibilities

Candidate should have a strong passion for Service, Communicate well with Customers . Candidate should have good customer service skills, P&L skills and team building skills A strong desire to work for this company and be able to discuss why they want to work for this employer Shows advancement and career progression Has to Smile - and have a Pleasant Personality Area Director interviews candidate and makes determination as to qualifications and experience, makes recommendation to HR Manager what salary range to extend based on what he feels the candidates experience and where they came from.

Position Requirements

Job Requirements Minimum 2 years prior GM experience in Fast Food/QSR Candidate must have excellent product knowledge High School Minimum Requirement Must have a current, valid driver’s license with no restrictions Must have their own Car - Reliable OWN Transportation is required. Must agree to comprehensive background check Must be accountable and show up on time Maximum commute time is 40 Minutes, no matter how many miles. There is a total of Eight Weeks of training and an additional Two Weeks at Store Unit location Candidate is provided and responsible to  bring  a training book which is  reviewed on a regular basis to determine what is learned and what is being retained.
