Position Overview & Responsibilities

As General Manager, you will lead your Team through continual demonstration of Accountability and Ownership as related to the individual operation of a single store location

Position Requirements

  • At least two years of current experience in the same or similar capacity.
  • Experience with $1.0M or higher restaurants.
  • No more than 2 jobs in the last 5 years, 3 jobs in the last 9 years, unless you relocated, a location closed/was sold.
  • Ability to articulate personal and team-led success stories.
  • Experience with a drive-thru window a plus.
  • Valid unrestricted driver license.
  • ServSafe certification preferred.
  • Strong leadership qualities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
