Position Overview & Responsibilities

  • Overall responsibility of running fast food unit with approximately
  • $1-2 Million in sales per year
  • Financial analysis and forecasting
  • Sales Building
  • Train, coach, and motivate hourly workers
  • Performance feedback and corrective action
  • Maintenance of facility and equipment
  • Financial reporting

Position Requirements

  • 2 to 3 year's experience as an Assistant Manager in a fast food, fast casual, or quick serve restaurant..
  • Experience with $1.5MM or higher restaurants.
  • No more than 2 jobs in the last 5 years, 3 jobs in the last 9 years, unless you relocated, a location closed/was sold.
  • Ability to demonstrate personal success stories.
  • Experience with a drive-thru window preferred, but not required.
  • Valid unrestricted driver license.
  • SERV Safe certification preferred.
  • Strong leadership qualities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
