Position Overview & Responsibilities

  • Overall responsibility of running your restaurant
  • Financial analysis and forecasting
  • Sales building
  • Hire, train, coach, and motivate hourly workers
  • Performance feedback and corrective action
  • Maintenance of facility and equipment
  • Financial reporting

Position Requirements

  • 2 year's experience as a fast food, fast casual, or quick serve restaurant General Manager or similar title
  • No more than 2 jobs in the last 5 years, 3 jobs in the last 9years, unless you relocated or your location was closed or sold
  • Strong P&L grasp
  • Ability to demonstrate personal success stories
