Position Overview & Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE WITH THE COMPANY: The General Manager will manage all FOH operations of the business, reporting to the Executive Chef/Owner
  • Manage and fine-tune all operations
  • Drives sales, budgets and forecasting
  • Adjust businesses practices as required to meet or beat budgets and improve operations
  • Hires, trains, develops, coaches and motivates team members to work well together as a team and perform at a high level
  • Fosters a fun and cohesive work environment
  • Communicates and drives the team towards company goals and objectives effectively
  • Ensures compliance with all safety and sanitation standards
  • Follows and enforces company standard operating procedures
  • Works with PR and social media to promote the restaurant and brand

Position Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years experience as a General Manager and 5+ years restaurant management experience running a $5M+ full-service restaurant with bar
  • Able to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends and holidays. Regularly available to work 50-55 hours a week
