Position Overview & Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate the planning, organizing, training and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, co-worker retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation.

Position Requirements

• 5+ years of Restaurant General Manager experience in high-volume (Minimum $4.0 Million ASV), full-service upscale casual restaurant with bar • Must be passionate for high quality Food & Beverage and guest service operations, fresh chef-driven foods from scratch on-site • Proven track record leading a restaurant team in a high volume, guest-focused restaurant • Excellent people skills, effective at interacting with guests, and managing co-workers, mentoring and developing managers • Approachable leadership style, quick thinking, passion for developing self and others • No more than 2 jobs in 5 years, 3 jobs in 9 years • Open availability to work nights, weekends, etc.     Your Recruitment Coach:  Culture Fit Questions   EOE - Equal Opportunity Employer
