Position Overview & Responsibilities

Plan and direct all restaurant operations. Maintain high standards of food, service, health and safety, ensure the efficient and profitable business performance of the restaurant and the optimal utilization of staff and resources.
  • Achieve positive and consistent sales growth while meeting or exceeding P&L goals/ budgets
  • Manage the entire operation of restaurant during scheduled shifts
  • Ensure that the unit is properly staffed for all time periods
  • Interview, hire, and train the highest quality hourly candidates
  • Order food, small wares, uniforms and any other necessary products to unit par levels
  • Identify operational opportunities; create and implement plans to address opportunities
  • Ensure a safe working and guest environment to reduce the risk of injury and accidents

Position Requirements

  • No more than 2 jobs in 4 years or 3 in 7 years with advancement progression
  • Experienced in owning accountability for all operational results of their store | shifts worked.
  • Passion for leadership and assuring a team atmosphere, with high morale and focus on service.
  • High Energy, and focus on setting and accomplishing goals that raise the bar.
  • Flexibility in shifts as some of the restaurants are 24/7 stores.
