Position Overview & Responsibilities

  • Overall responsibility of the restaurant
  • Delegate responsibilities to other managers and team members
  • P&L, Budgets, Labor Costs, Food Costs, etc.
  • Inventory
  • Train, coach and discipline in accordance with company policies

Position Requirements

  • About 2 years’ experience as salaried GM in restaurants; casual or quick-casual full-service experience desired
  • Enjoys working late nights instead of early mornings
  • Demonstrated leadership skills

  • Proven ability to train and motivate a team
