Position Overview & Responsibilities

As the Restaurant General Manager, will be responsible for running effective, smooth operations through the direction and leadership of your management team and staff. You will held accountable for financial performance, direct training, coaching and development of staff, maintain company standards, participate in promotional programs and lead an enthusiastic team - ensuring guests have the best experience possible. Responsibilities: Manage daily restaurant operations, including FOH & BOH managers and employees Ensure staffing and training of the service team, financial forecasting, scheduling employees and other typical managerial tasks Recruit, interview, and hire team members, conduct performance appraisals, take disciplinary action Focus on guest satisfaction & continually seeking to create a perfect guest experience. Ordering product to ensure the restaurant always has the proper supplies necessary for service. Provide a strong presence in local community and high level of community involvement

Position Requirements

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years experience as Restaurant General Manager in a full service restaurant with $2-2.5MM annual volume
  • 5+ years experience in restaurant management
  • BOH/Kitchen experience a bonus
  • Strong leadership skills with proven ability to build relationships with customers, vendors, and associates
  • Passion for service and uncompromising desire to serve the highest quality food
