Position Overview & Responsibilities

• In charge of day to day operations and management of restaurant • Create and maintain a culture where teammates have the opportunity to learn and grow • Recruit, interview, and hire the right talent for our client, with a focus on finding and developing future leaders • Recognize and reward excellent performance • Quickly improve or remove low performers through coaching and documentation • Motivate, inspire, and challenge team to consistently achieve and surpass company goals and standards • Create an excellent guest experience through extreme attention to detail • Connect and build relationships through the ability to resolve conflict in a prompt and professional manner • Effectively communicate with restaurant team regarding changes to menu, policies, team member benefits, and more • Control labor costs by writing and executing an effective schedule • Understand how to build on restaurant sales through execution of company marketing tactics and promotional programs • Live and represent our clients brand day in and out

Position Requirements

Outside of the specific requirements for this particular function, our perfect candidate has the following attributes: • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Successfully communicate and serve as a role model to the Crew • Strong background in training and development • Proven organizational skills • Passionate about healthy food and living • 3+ years of basic general management experience preferred • Valid driver’s license • Ability to work 40+ hours per week, including nights and weekends • Capable of standing for long periods of time and lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs     Your Recruitment Coach:  Tips on Writing a Resume that Gets Interviews!     EOE - Equal Opportunity Employer
