  Work Life Balance
  • Work life balance – stores close at 9 and 10 pm respectively; Not dealing with late night bar crowd; no alcohol.
  • We also have set schedules for all of our leaders which is a huge selling point for our teams. Our leaders know what their schedule will be indefinitely each week.
  • A major selling point of our set schedule is that we are CLOSED SUNDAYS. We are closed Sundays because we want our teams to be able to spend time with their families.
  • In our business, it’s rare that restaurant leaders get a true day off (your phone always rings) but we literally can turn our phones off on Saturdays.
  • The set schedule ends up being an approximately 46-47 hour work week for our Operating Partners.

Position Overview & Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
  • Develop team members by providing direction and feedback
  • Implement unique Company behaviors that lead to a successful restaurant
  • Cultivate a culture of positivity and gratitude within the team
  • Form authentic relationships with guests
  • Coordinate the team to run happy and well-organized shifts
  • Partner with District Mentors to achieve larger company initiatives
  • Be good to others. Be good to yourself!

Position Requirements

  • 2-5 years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry
  • Available to work a five day set schedule
  • Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring a team
  • Detail-oriented, growth minded, and a self-starter
  • Enthusiastic, positive, and driven
  • Enjoys a fast-paced environment
  • Adaptable to new processes and systems
