Why people LOVE working for this company!

GROWTH
  • Growth- fast growing concept where we have amazing opportunities for everyone. Every one of our team members has a career path we share with them during the interview process.
  • Our Operating Partners have a path that within 4 years, they can reach the ultimate career path level---an Ownership Partner.
  • As an Ownership Partner, their bonus will include a portion of the profits of the restaurant they are running. Progressing through our career path is based on performance but we only hold our restaurant leaders accountable for the results they control 100%-- revenue, food cost, & labor cost. Most concepts show people the entire P&L and hold them accountable to the entire report. We believe in keeping our teams focused on the “big 3” (revenue, food, and labor) and not distracting them with other line items on the P&L such as their rent, utilities, etc. They don’t control the rent or utilities so we don’t hold them accountable for those things. Our career paths for our team members are a big selling point because they control 100% their own growth.
  • Because of our growth plans in the Midwest, we are also going to have great opportunity for successful leaders to grow into Multi-Unit roles.
  • Although these roles are more limited then the Ownership Partner role, we are very open with people that those will become available as we continue to grow in the Midwest.
  • Not everyone wants to be a Multi- Unit leader and I cannot guarantee that everyone will be given that opportunity, but I can guarantee that every leader can achieve Ownership Partner status.
  Work Life Balance
  • Work life balance – stores close at 9 and 10 pm respectively; Not dealing with late night bar crowd; no alcohol.
  • We also have set schedules for all of our leaders which is a huge selling point for our teams. Our leaders know what their schedule will be indefinitely each week.
  • A major selling point of our set schedule is that we are CLOSED SUNDAYS. We are closed Sundays because we want our teams to be able to spend time with their families.
  • In our business, it’s rare that restaurant leaders get a true day off (your phone always rings) but we literally can turn our phones off on Saturdays.
  • The set schedule ends up being an approximately 46-47 hour work week for our Operating Partners.

What Clients Say About Patrice & Associates

  • I am very pleased and happy to have worked with Leah.

Leah was very prompt and knowledgeable about the company she was recruiting for. She represented World Wrapps as if she were the owner and knew exactly what they needed in a candidate. Leah prepared me for my interview with Matt & Martin which helped me to be successful and secure the GM role. The biggest factor for my success was how Leah tailored a resume which highlighted my accomplishments and showcased my abilities. She made me look like a superstar! I am very blessed to have been found by Leah and brought me to my new career!

  • My experience with Patrice and Associates could not have been more positive and professional. I had the pleasure of working directly with Mr. John Mathew, who did a tremendous job in helping me advance in my career and life. John thought outside the box and discussed with me various potential paths and opportunities related to my experience, my strengths and talents. Throughout the whole process, I felt confident that John truly cared and had my best interests at heart. In the end, despite the global pandemic and all the other challenges related to it, Patrice and Associates delivered and paired me up with a wonderful company, for which I am grateful. Thanks, Lukas V. I had the pleasure of working directly with Mr. John Mathew

  • I can’t thank you enough for everything you did for me and for being so upfront and friendly.

If you are looking for a dedicated and passionate person and company there are not enough good things I can say about “Tim Kieth” and Patrice and associates.  Tim recently helped me find a job at a restaurant I had never heard of and was skeptical at first about. Except Tim constantly has a positive attitude and a caring persona about him. He talked me through every step of the way through all the interviews and made me feel confident about myself and my abilities. During the interview process the day before my second interview, I came down with Covid-19 and called Tim immediately and he rearranged everything for me to continue with getting this interview. You don’t find many people in this world that do their jobs with such passion and integrity and Tim is definitely one of them. I did get the job and am loving it. If I did decide to ever leave this company I would only use Tim Kieth for another job but he has helped me find my forever job. I can’t thank you enough for everything you did for me and for being so upfront and friendly. Thank you, Andrew Marsh I can’t thank you enough for everything you did for me and for being so upfront and friendly.
