Position Overview & Responsibilities

  • Developing and cultivating a professional and educational work environment
  • Implementing and supervising systems for all inventories
  • Working with the corporate teamto manage and maintain efficient cost controls to ensure a profitable restaurant
  • Overseeing and processing payroll
  • Overseeing the entire wine program at the restaurant, including composing and updating the wine list and conducting wine related education for the staff
  • Delegating specific tasks to the supporting management team
  • Facilitating weekly management meetings

Position Requirements

  • Possess a minimum of 3 years of current Restaurant General Manager experience in a high-volume full service restaurant ($4 million- $12 million)
