Position Overview & Responsibilities

Our full-service sports and conversation bar restaurants provide guests with consistently great food, thoughtful hospitality, and an unassuming, welcoming atmosphere. We are known for our fun energetic workplace, a corporate culture with a neighborhood pub feel. Preferred candidates will have high volume experience, strong commitment to high quality guest service, proven ability to manage budgets and control cost, and solid career progression. Strong sales building skills, knowledge of profit and loss, excellent communication skills, and a positive, results oriented attitude are a must. We create positive experiences one beer, meal or event at a time.
  • Ensure smooth and effective operations
  • Ensure guests receive impeccable service from FOH/BOH operations
  • Monitor store cleanliness, safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
  • Manage all budgets and P&L reporting, inventory and ordering, training and development

Benefits

  • Monthly $500 credit toward health benefits for all Managers

Position Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of Service Manager or Front-Of-House Manager experience in a successful, $4.0 - $5.0 Million volume casual or upscale restaurant is required.
  • Casual or upscale casual full-service background with food and alcohol service
  • Passionate about Front-Of-House operations, great food and great service
  • Experience managing Front-Of-House ordering and inventory, P&L management experience
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills, passion for developing others
  • Stable employment history, no more than 2 jobs in 5 years, no unexplainable gaps
  • Approachable leadership style, quick thinking, passion for developing self and others
  • OK with late nights (1100 - 200am hours)
