Position Overview & Responsibilities

Our Cient is looking to bring energetic, enthusiastic and passionate team members to its  organic European and Latin-inspired cuisine concept. This is an independent restaurant located in the historic downtown Vienna, VA. The FOH Manager, reporting directly to the AGM is responsible for supporting the overall FOH operations and building a strong hospitality team that consistently provides customers with a friendly experience. Key responsibilities include finding, hiring and developing FOH Team Members, conducting new hire orientation and executing the training plan for each new hire.

  • Vacations first 6 months, after a year 2 weeks

Position Requirements

  • Outgoing personality and a positive attitude.
  • At least 2 years of prior experience as general manager, assistant general manager, supervisor, dining room manager, shift lead, crew lead is very desirable.
  • Degree preferred in hospitality or business/marketing
  • Amazing attention to detail, dedication, and ability to manage timelines
  • Local to the Washington D.C. metro area.
