Position Overview & Responsibilities

  • Support and Train the Kitchen where needed.
  • Supervise, Schedule and Train Kitchen Team Members
  • Oversee daily operations of the kitchen & ensure food quality and specifications are met.
  • Maintain appropriate inventory levels.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and implement quality improvements.

  • 50 hour work week with 2 days off
  • 2 weeks paid vacation 1-5 years, 3 weeks 5-10 and 4 weeks 10+
  • Location closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas

Position Requirements

  • 4-6 years of salaried kitchen management experience in a full-service concept.
  • Experienced with working with fresh foods, and working knowledge of various cooking methods
  • High School diploma or equivalent. Culinary training a plus!
  • Must have reliable transportation and a flexible schedule.
  • Must have valid driver's license
  • Will need to pass a background check - criminal & driving.

    Jonathan Litt has been absolutely amazing during the process of getting me hired for a new position. I’ve been in hospitality for many years, as a Director of Finance in hotels. The last year and a half has been quite difficult, even for those of us who remained employed during the pandemic.
