Position Overview & Responsibilities

Restaurant FOH Managers' key role is to demonstrate leadership in a friendly ENERGETIC atmosphere. Be a team player and have a true passion for providing outstanding service that exemplifies the company’s culture. Restaurant FOH Managers' are expected to do the following:
  • Use excellent people management skills to manage and motivate a diverse employee group on a daily basis.
  • Assist in the recruitment, hiring, training, coaching, and mentorship of a team of managers and hourly employees.
  • Assist multiple General Managers in financials; including inventory control and ordering, labor and food costs, work within set budgets, monitoring sales, cost controls, and profit and loss.
  • Build positive relationships with guests, vendor, and staff.
  • Ensure facility maintenance and sanitation guidelines are adhered to.
  • Ensure outstanding guest service is always delivered.
  • Other tasks associated with running effective m smooth operations.


  • Blue Cross Blue Shield Health Insurance-Medical, Dental, and Vision
  • 50 hour work week with 2 days off
  • 2 weeks paid vacation 1-5 years, 3 weeks 5-10 and 4 weeks 10+
  • Location closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas

Position Requirements

  • High school diploma and a minimum 2 years of current restaurant management experience in the full-service restaurant with bar service.
  • Flexibility in schedule and current driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Friendly and approachable attitude; able to problem solve and willingness to ensure all roles and responsibilities are always covered.
  • Experience with financial and P&L management skills a plus.
  • Proven success in leading teams, providing outstanding guest and team member experiences.
  • Experience with Training and Development a plus
  • Demonstrated an ability to drive profitable growth while continuously improving customer satisfaction
  • Passion and ENERGY for service and great food.
