Position Overview & Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the education of the staff and training
  • Hands on management
  • Managing all employees, including assisting in training, coaching and supporting
  • Assisting GM in controlling COGS, labor, and comps to budgets
  • Monthly inventory
  • Schedule writing

Position Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience in a upscale, full service, high volume restaurant setting
  • Experience with Open Table and Aloha
  • Extensive food and beverage knowledge
  • Knowledge of wines
