Position Overview & Responsibilities

  • High-volume restaurant and restaurant with over 40 local beers on tap.
  • Live music and fun, upbeat, environment.
  • From scratch kitchen.
  • Work closely with local breweries for monthly beer dinners.
  • Coach & develop staff.

Position Requirements

  • Must have at least 3 years of high-volume, salaried kitchen management experience.
  • Corporate restaurant experience as a Chef or Sous Chef.
  • Administrative experience: such as schedules, ordering, inventory, and P&L.
  • Must have a positive, upbeat, can-do attitude.
  • Available to work days, late nights, and weekends.
  • Can attend 3-week training in Michigan.
  • Candidates who are open to future relocation are strongly desirable.
  • Culinary degree of training is a plus!
