Position Overview & Responsibilities

  • As a Private Dinning/Restaurant Manager, you will not only be ensuring a top-notch experience for dining room guests but also working closely with our Director of Private Events and Chef team to execute events ranging from business dinners to social/family celebrations.
  • We need someone who is detail oriented
  • Has the ability to hire, train and develop new hourly team members

Position Requirements

  • Optimizes profits by building sales and assisting with the control of food, labor and beverage costs
  • Provides leadership and direction to all team members - coaches in real time
  • Craft cocktail, wine and beer knowledge a plus
  • Proven track record as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant General Manager or General Manager of a full-service restaurant
  • Flexible availability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed
