Position Overview & Responsibilities

As a Private Dinning/Restaurant Manager, you will not only be ensuring a top-notch experience for dining room guests but also working closely with our Director of Private Events and Chef team to execute events ranging from business dinners to social/family celebrations.
We need someone who is detail oriented
Has the ability to hire, train and develop new hourly team members

Position Requirements

Optimizes profits by building sales and assisting with the control of food, labor and beverage costs
Provides leadership and direction to all team members - coaches in real time
Craft cocktail, wine and beer knowledge a plus
Proven track record as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant General Manager or General Manager of a full-service restaurant
Flexible availability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed
