Position Overview & Responsibilities

Requirements & qualifications:
  • Recruit & development in-store leadership
  • Understand & implement line bar scheduling
  • Maintain minimum roster needs
  • Staff deployment
  • Avoid overtime through cost and labor controls
  • Food Cost
    • Control and oversight over product ordering
    • Inventory counting and reconciliation
    • Ability to identify food cost variance issues and solutions
  • Cash
    • Ensure strict compliance with cash controls
    • Conduct weekly cash audits so that each store has a cash audit at least 1x per month
    • Acting quickly on cash discrepancies or POS exceptions
  • Operational
    • Understand vendor relationships and managing R&M
    • Understand utility usages and keeping costs down
    • Analyzing costs and recommending cost saving measures
  • Financial
    • Ability to read a P&L and improve the bottom line
  • Game Planning & Time Management
    • Highly organized - to include monthly store visit calendaring and weekly detailed list of goals and expectations for each store visit
    • Dedicates 5 days per week for store visits, with focus on at least 7 hours in a single store during the visit to ensure quality time with store and issues addressed and goals set (the Company wants District Managers spending the majority of their time in store and minimizing time spent driving).
    • Expected to make at least one closing shift visit per week (4pm – 10pm).
    • Expected to work at least 1 weekend day each week and 1 Sunday per month.
    • Expected to work end of month closing at a store each month absent approved vacation.


  • Medical, Dental, Vision, (Employer pays 50% of premiums) 1st of the month after 60 days of employment
  • 1 week vacation after 6 months and 1 week every 6 months thereafter, increases to 3 weeks per year after 5 years employed
  • Company laptop, company phone, mileage reimbursement
  • 401K with 3% match
  • Monthly bonus plan up to $5,000 per month (up to $60k per year)

Position Requirements

Background Expectations:
  • 3-5 years restaurant management experience, 2 years of current experience as a Restaurant District Manager in Fast Food or QSR
  • Demonstrated understanding of how to read and address a P&L
  • Proven success attracting and developing leaders
  • Good career progression and upward mobility
  • Track record with labor and food cost management
  • Highly organized, particularly with calendaring and measurable goals
License Requirements
  • ServSafe certified
  • Drivers License
  • Clean background and drug screen
  • Dual Role (certified instructor and registered proctor) of ServSafe preferred
  • Degree in math and/or accounting preferred
