Position Overview & Responsibilities

As Culinary Kitchen Manager, you will manage kitchen operations in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced environment to deliver an exceptional dining experience to our customers and an exceptional work experience to our staff. Responsibilities for the Culinary Manager
  • Oversee daily operations – helping where needed to succeed
  • Primarily executing food preparation and food management
  • Supervise vendors, manage food cost, minimize food waste and order supplies and equipment
  • Must be a hands-on manager passionate about great food and great service.

Position Requirements

  • Must have at least 2 years of high-volume, salaried kitchen management / Supervisor / Lead Employee experience.
  • Ideally in a high volume ($4 Million + restaurant with a scratch menu).
  • Experience with ordering, inventory, and working with local vendors.
  • Experience with hiring, training, and scheduling staff.
  • Culinary degree of training is a plus!

  • I received a call from Clint, after he introduced himself he told me about a job he thought I would be perfect for. A franchise of the company I had previously worked for. What he was about to find out was I interviewed with them and tanked it. Yes, I tanked an interview with a company I spent 9 years working for.
