Position Overview & Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the kitchen operations of high-volume, full-service Italian themed restaurant • Track and maintain food inventory, schedule kitchen staff to cover shifts and meet labor budgets • Supervise, train and coach Back-Of-House team members • Ensure guest receive consistently high-quality food and service • Monitor store cleanliness, safety and sanitation guidelines at all times

Position Requirements

  • 5+ years Restaurant Executive Chef or Executive Kitchen Manager experience in high-volume, culinary forward, full-service Italian Restaurant plus banquets and catering
  • Must have minimum $4.0 Million Annual Sales Volume experience
  • Proven track record managing and training a Back-Of-House team in a high-volume full-service restaurant
  • Experience in preparing varied menu items, food inventory and equipment management
  • Solid understanding of financials including P&L reporting, cost controls, and inventory management
  • No more than 2 jobs in 5 years, 3 jobs in 9 years
