Position Overview & Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day operations
  • Develop and lead team to provide great guest services and a spirit of fun
  • Ensure health and safety codes, and company safety and security policy are met
  • Control profit & loss
  • Recruit, interview, and hire team members
  • Conducts performance appraisals, motivate and trains
  • Ensures maintenance of equipment, facility, and grounds through the use of a preventative maintenance program
  • Ensures food quality and 100% customer satisfaction
  • Ensures complete and timely execution of corporate & local marketing programs
  • Ensures a safe working and customer experience environment by facilitating safe work behaviors of the team

Position Requirements

  • Knowledge of food cost / labor control
  • Knowledge of safety and sanitation procedures
  • Staffing and recruiting hourly employees / retention of top employees
  • Ability to follow policy and procedures (corporate restaurant policy)
  • Must have valid driver’s license
  • Corporate Experience
  • Background checks are conducted
