Position Overview & Responsibilities

  • Shared responsibility of all BOH responsibilities for a single unit upscale full service restaurant
  • Upscale dining experience strongly preferred
  • Manage staff (schedule, assist in training, handle issues, etc.)
  • Ensure policies & procedures are upheld
  • Ensure store cleanliness and general upkeep, etc.
  • Participate in sales programs
  • Other tasks as needed to run a successful unit

Benefits

  •  No health or dental care at this time they will adjust the base to compensate for differences in insurance premiums on a case to case basis
  • 2 weeks paid vacation 2nd week after a full year
  • In house dining privileges
  • 6 weeks training

Position Requirements

  • Must have high volume experience of at least $1.0 million or above
  • You must have worked as a salaried Manager for at least 2 years
  • You must be at least 21 years old.
  • You must have full flexibility with your schedule.
  • Good longevity in current and past positions preferred
  • No more than 5-6 jobs in the last 10 years
