Front Of The HouseAre you a people pleaser? Like to keep busy with lots of variety in your job? Up front, we’re always on the go—greeting customers, taking orders, running the register and making folks feel at home. You’ll be serving, smiling, sharing delicious free samples, and of course, encouraging one and all to join in for our daily salute to the flag at noon. You might be bussing tables and restocking supplies one minute, then chatting about our one-of-a-kind memorabilia with visitors, veterans and active duty heroes. Back of House This is where the good stuff comes from. You’re a cook, prep professional, and behind-the-scenes multi-tasker ready to make the best BBQ in America. You’ll get a taste for doing it all in the kitchen (and be the first to taste everything for quality assurance!) It’s fast paced, on-your-feet hard work, but fun and full of opportunity to create pure passion on a plate. During peak periods it gets hot, especially when your Front Of The House fellow Teammates are taking good care of customers. Off peak, you’re getting ready for the next rush. You’ll get a rush out of it either way.
