Position Overview & Responsibilities

As an Assistant Service Manager, you will work under the direction of the General Manager and Manager. You will be expected to assist in leading the operations of a high volume restaurant with 30-40 team members. Other responsibilities will be assisting in building sales and playing a role in achieving positive financial results, ensure guests have a pleasurable dining experience, train, coach, and use corrective action on hourly team members, schedule employees to meet labor budgets, and other managerial duties.

Position Requirements

    • Must have at least 3-5 years of high-volume, full-service management experience. Corporate restaurant experience is strongly preferred.
    • Proven track record of leading a positive, fun, profitable restaurant.
    • Experience with hiring, training, and scheduling staff.
    • Bar knowledge is a a plus.
    • Good tenure with previous employers
    • Must have a positive, upbeat, can-do attitude. - No room for big egos here.
    • Available to work days, late nights, and weekends.
