Position Overview & Responsibilities

As an Assistant Manager you will:
  • Support the General Manager
  • Learn how to become a General Manager yourself
  • Train, coach, and motivate crew members
  • Provide performance feedback and corrective action
  • Maintenance of facility and equipment

Position Requirements

Requirements for this position include:
  • At least two year's experience in retail or restaurant management as a key holder, assistant manager, or similar title.
  • No more than 2 jobs in the last 5 years, 3 jobs in the last 9years, unless you relocated, a location closed/was sold, or a summer job during school.
  • Being a team player with lots of energy, humility, and confidence.
  • Ability to demonstrate personal success stories.
  • Strong leadership qualities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
