Position Overview & Responsibilities

Assistant Manager Responsibilities:
  • Assists with recruiting, hiring, and training team members to encourage growth within the company
  • Ensures training program is fully implemented and executed properly
  • Holds restaurant team accountable for consistently delivering excellent customer service and food quality requirements
  • Motivates others and foster teamwork through words and actions
  • Partners with the General Manager to develop long term sales growth initiatives designed to drive profitable sales growth

Benefits

  • Bonus for General Managers (no current program for AMs or Shift Leaders)

Position Requirements

Assistant Manager candidate requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • A minimum of 1 year of current experience as a Assistant Manager in a fast-paced fast casual restaurant
  • Must be able to work 45 hours per week
  • Detail -focused with an outgoing personality and a training mindset
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Reliable transportation.
