Position Overview & Responsibilities

  • Support the General Manager in meeting the goals/budgets of the restaurant.
  • Be a part of achieving restaurant unit financial plan, including P&L and inventory management.
  • Model superior Guest service skills for all staff to follow.
  • In a positive manner, manage the team to ensure that not only is their job performed properly
  • Build Guest loyalty to ensure repeat guests.
  • Handle Guest concerns “right here and now.”

  • Quarterly bonus based on sales, food cost, labor cost and bottom line profit up to 10% of salary
  • Vacation- 2 weeks after one year
  • Day one benefits
  • Training is local to their market

Position Requirements

  • Must be an organized, dedicated and passionate hospitality professional
  • Will possess a minimum of 2 years of current experience as a  Restaurant Assistant Manager
  • Must possess the ability to successfully communicate ideas from operational strategies to people related topics.
  • Prioritization, self-discipline and the ability to remain focused and on schedule is a must.
  • This candidate will not only be a consummate professional, but someone who understands and embraces the core values of the company
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Excellent job tenure- no more than 3 to 4 jobs in 10 years
  • ServSafe or Food Safety Certification required
