Position Overview & Responsibilities

Work under the direction of the General Manager
Ensure customers are given a great experience – from greetings to service and store cleanliness
Act as a first point of contact in answering questions from employees and customers. Refer complex issues to Assistant General Manager or General Manager
General inventory and ordering
Ensure staff is in compliance with system standards
Assist in sales building initiatives, scheduling and restaurant financials

Position Requirements

Minimum of 2 years management experience in full service casual dining
Thorough knowledge of Labor & Beverage cost calculation and spreadsheet formulation.
BOH and FOH experience required
Detail and accuracy skills.
Ability to effectively communicate (oral/written) ideas and information.
Ability to lead and develop Front of the House Team Members.
Ability to work in an organized fashion with minimal supervision.
Ability to follow Federal, State & Company safety and sanitation procedures.
Must be able to interact appropriately with Guests in the restaurant and the community at large.
