Position Overview & Responsibilities

  • Work under the direction of the General Manager
  • Ensure customers are given a great experience – from greetings to service and store cleanliness
  • Act as a first point of contact in answering questions from employees and customers. Refer complex issues to Assistant General Manager or General Manager
  • General inventory and ordering
  • Ensure staff is in compliance with system standards
  • Assist in sales building initiatives, scheduling and restaurant financials


  • 2 weeks paid vacation

Position Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years management experience in full service casual dining
  • Thorough knowledge of Labor & Beverage cost calculation and spreadsheet formulation.
  • BOH and FOH experience required
  • Detail and accuracy skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate (oral/written) ideas and information.
  • Ability to lead and develop Front of the House Team Members.
  • Ability to work in an organized fashion with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to follow Federal, State & Company safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Must be able to interact appropriately with Guests in the restaurant and the community at large.
