Position Overview & Responsibilities

  • Work ANY position in the restaurant as needed.
  • Open and/ or close the restaurant for the day.
  • Ensure EXCELLENT product quality.
  • Communicate with all guests and resolve and complaints quickly.
  • Coach and train staff members.
  • Cash handling.
  • Inventory as needed.
  • Cleaning and maintenance of the equipment and facility.
  • Monitor various reports to ensure financial goals are met.
  • Follow directions of the General Manager and/ Or District Manager.


  • Insurance available after 90 days.
  • Vacation after 1 year.
  • Employee meal benefits.

Position Requirements

  • At least two years experience as a salaried manager.
  • Ability to work at any location within 30 minute drive.
  • No more than 2 jobs in last 5 years.
  • Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
  • 45-50 hour work week.
  • Background check required. Acceptance on case-by-case basis.
  • Good communications skills required.
  • Neat appearance is a MUST.
  • Must be coachable and teachable.
  • Good understanding of labor / food cost controls.
  • Must be food safety manager certified.
  • Bilingual English / Spanish is a big plus!
