Client Overview Our client is an awesome BBQ concept that is in high growth mode opening 7 locations on 40 existing in 2018. This is almost a ground floor opportunity with a well funded company that will have several hundred locations.  AGM hires best with some GM experience because growth will offer promotion quickly for performers.

Position Overview & Responsibilities

  • Support the General Manager
  • Interviewing, hiring and developing team members
  • Help build and lead a great team
  • Hands on management style
  • Experience in both FOH and HOH
  • Managing proper inventory and staffing levels
  • Insuring all food and operational safety policies are followed by all team members
