This is almost a ground floor opportunity with a well funded company that will have several hundred locations. AGM hires best with some GM experience because growth will offer promotion quickly for performers.

Position Overview & Responsibilities

Support the General Manager
Interviewing, hiring and developing team members
Help build and lead a great team
Hands on management style
Experience in both FOH and HOH
Managing proper inventory and staffing levels
Insuring all food and operational safety policies are followed by all team members
