Position Overview & Responsibilities

The Assistant Maître D is responsible for helping to plan, organize and execute all banquet functions.  Our company’s goal is to exceed all guests’ expectations by delivering outstanding guest services.  We use a combination of Ritz Carlton service and Walt Disney showmanship and social skills. This is a great opportunity to work full time in a very rewarding, beautiful, friendly environment, with great people. JOB INCLUDES:
  • Develop a team to provide an exceptional guest experience
  • Help hire, train and supervise banquet staff members
  • Assure total guest satisfaction
  • Implement policies and procedures
  • Oversee service and beverage operations at wedding
  • Back up wedding sales
  • Displays leadership in guest hospitality, exemplifies excellent customer service and create a positive atmosphere for guest relations
  • Helps employees develop specific behaviors that will contribute to service excellence
  • Assists in ensuring employees receive on-going training to carry out guest total satisfaction skills
  • Observes service behaviors of employees and provides feedback to individuals and/or Manager
