Position Overview & Responsibilities

  • Oversee all Kitchen operations
  • Work as a team with the BOH employees and the Assistant Kitchen Manager to expedite food quickly and accurately
  • Hiring, training and development of BOH Staff
  • Oversee inventory and ordering
  • Kitchen Cleanliness
  • Uphold quality and food safety standards

Position Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years experience as an Assistant Kitchen Manager in a high-volume, full service, SCRATCH kitchen
  • Good working knowledge of P&L, Food Costs, Etc.
  • Outstanding leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to build positive relationships with team members and vendors
