Position Overview & Responsibilities

  • Managing daily restaurant operations, including FOH & BOH employees (8-16 employees per shift)
  • Efficient operation of the kitchen
  • Ensuring staffing and training of the service team, financial forecasting, scheduling employees and other typical managerial tasks.
  • Monitoring consistency, quality, and freshness in all stages of the product
  • Focusing on guest satisfaction & continually seeking to create a perfect guest experience.
  • Ordering product to ensure the restaurant always has the proper supplies necessary for service.
  • Ability to work AM, PM, & Mid shifts, weekends, and holidays.  (5 to 6 days a week)
  • Able to work late into the evening until 2am when necessary.
  • Leading, training, and recruiting team members
  • Reports to Owners

Position Requirements

  • Passionate looking for opportunity to lead and grow
  • Ability to create a winning & family like culture
  • Must be in a current GM or AGM position for at least 2 years in high volume (2.M) QSR or Full Service.
  • 3-5 years experience in the restaurant industry
  • Must have BOH/Kitchen experience
  • Experience with training
  • Strong leadership skills with proven ability to build relationships with customers, vendors, and associates
  • Fun and energetic personality!
