Position Overview & Responsibilities

  • Grand opening of new restaurant; first location in MN. Perform all pre-opening duties.
  • Wine + Fine Dining experience highly preferred.
  • Must have strong P&L, budgets, and sales forecasting experience.
  • Ensure the highest level of food quality & its execution. VIP, Upscale experience needed.
  • Work closely with local hotels and tourism centers to identify sales trends and opportunities.
  • Must be able to think fast, and make the best decision for the business.
  • Coach train and develop team members

Position Requirements

  • Must have 3+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, from scratch restaurant. Steakhouse experience preferred.
  • Must have a go-getter attitude, lead by example, and positive / upbeat attitude. “Run it like you Own it” persona.
  • Must be passionate about food and guest service. Strong wine knowledge preferred.
  • Proven track record of coaching and developing a management team.
  • Proven track record of driving sales and creating partnerships with local businesses to do so.
  • Experience opening a new restaurant highly preferred.
  • Experience working in downtown Minneapolis preferred.
  • High School Diploma
  • No more than 3 jobs in five years, or 3 jobs in 9 years
