Position Overview & Responsibilities

  • Work with the General Manager to Assist in every function of running the restaurant – from prepping food to cleaning the floors--no clip board holders here!
  • Work closely with team in ensuring the Core Values are practiced always
  • Suggest and participate in sales building programs
  • Quality control in service standards, food prep and safety/sanitation, store cleanliness, etc.
  • Build great, professional relationships with employees, vendors and guests
  • Assist in financial aspects from budgets to P&L
  • Foster a fun, friendly, family-oriented environment
