Position Overview & Responsibilities

Position Requirements

1-3 years Restaurant Management experience in a successful, service-driven fast casual or full-service restaurant preferred.
Can handle minimum of $2 million in annual sales
Proven track record of results
Knowledge of P&L—maybe haven’t had full responsibility but have a working knowledge
Ability to lead and motivate a team
Ability to work a flexible schedule including late nights and weekends
Thrive in a fun fast-paced environment
