Position Requirements

  • 1-3 years Restaurant Management experience in a successful, service-driven fast casual or full-service restaurant preferred.
  • Can handle minimum of $2 million in annual sales
  • Proven track record of results
  • Knowledge of P&L—maybe haven’t had full responsibility but have a working knowledge
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including late nights and weekends
  • Thrive in a fun fast-paced environment
