Client OverviewOur Hospitality Client started in 2009 with a single food truck. With great success and an amazing team behind them, they’ve since expanded to three food trucks, six brick & mortar restaurants and two craft cocktail bars and have started franchising across the US.

Position Overview & Responsibilities

  • Assist with financial forecasting (P&L, Sales, Budgets, etc.);
  • Assist the General Manager with Overall Restaurant operations;
  • Ensure policies are upheld and report concerns to the General Manager;
  • Train, coach and utilize corrective action when necessary;
  • Will run shifts to assist the GM and also assist the kitchen;
  • Establish and build community relations;
  • Lead and develop the hourly team;
  • Oversee inventory, quality and safety;
  • Assists GM with employee relations;
  • Maintains the facility while upholding our standards of excellence and hospitality;
  • Help direct systems and processes for team efficiency;
  • Ensure excellent customer service and great quality food;
  • Able to work in unity with other members of the supervisory team.

Position Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years AGM & BOH management experience in high-volume, quick casual (minimum $2.5+ million sales volume)
  • Must have HIGH Guest Service Experience
  • Responsible for the Front of House Employees and Guest Service
  • This is a young brand - need someone dynamic with high energy
  • Some culinary experience - able to taste test food and ensure it meets high standards
  • Physically able and agile
  • Experience hiring, training and managing a team
  • Personable and energetic with a great personality
  • Enjoy being out meeting people, up-sell and promote the catering side of the business as well as comfortable managing the BOH
  • Experience with following systems/procedures
