Position Overview & Responsibilities

  • Entry-level (full &/or part-time) - Potentially a pathway to an amazing/ lucrative career in Recruiting
  • Use a focused set of activities to develop candidate/ potential new client leads
  • Proactively place recruiting calls daily using approved scripts/talking points to source candidates/ clients
  • 4 hours of connected phone time daily generating leads for candidates/ prospective clients
  • Handle basic, preliminary pre-qualifying at a high level to determine skills of candidates
  • Manage web/ email inquiries and provide to Manager
  • Perform desk-based computer/ web research and other related duties as required and assigned

Position Requirements

  • Desire to learn and be successful (we can teach you everything else...)
  • Comfortable using the phone as a business and prospecting tool
  • Solid organizational and time management skills
  • Able to adhere to deadlines, multi-task and set/ manage to priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate computer skills including - Microsoft Office, basic email, etc
  • Ability to develop effective working relationships between team, leaders, candidates and clients
  • Ability to work under time pressure within a fast-paced, very team-focused environment
