Position Overview & Responsibilities

  • Regional VP Reports to the COO and will provide strategic operational leadership to 50 or more restaurants.
  • Create a culture where restaurants are maintained in a clean, safe manner that will enable us to attract the best employee talent and drive return visits of our customers
  • Lead, motivate and inspire direct reports to increase sales by ensuring speed of service and product quality standards are achieved
  • Manage financial metrics to budget/target including labor, cost of goods sold (ICOS), cash, maintenance/ repair, supplies, and employee meals
  • Ensure ARL team is following all restaurant visit coaching routines
  • Ensure training process is followed without exception

Position Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in a business-related discipline is preferred. Ten years of food service operations experience at an Above Store Leadership or equivalent role is mandatory.
  • Strong people development skills
  • Above average coaching, feedback and listening skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills and decision making skills
  • Professionally prepare and deliver presentations, seminars, etc. to all employee levels within the company
  • Well-developed business maturity and interpersonal skills
  • Knows the importance of information confidentiality and only shares such information with those who have the need to know
