Position Overview & Responsibilities

  • Ability to effectively analyze business trends and develop and implement plans for success.
  • Strong desire and ability to coach, teach and lead a team of restaurant operators.
  • Proven P&L management success, with the ability to teach that skill.
  • Strong planning skills.
  • Ability to effectively recruit, hire and maintain an exceptional team of multi-unit managers, managers and crew members.
  • Ability to represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  • Excellent communication skills with team members and managers, as well as the ability to communicate effectively to V.P. of Operations and Corporate Office Team Members (both written and verbal), etc.

Position Requirements

  • CURRENT Regional/Area Director role - multi-unit operators reporting to the Director.  MUST BE FROM FULL SERIVICE W/BAR CONCEPT (National or Corporate Brand)!
  • Average Unit Volume - minimum of $3 million.  Overseeing 9 Units across 3 states. Total P&L Responsibility minimum must be $25 Million
  • Minimum 2+ years experience as a DIRECTOR with multi-unit operators reporting to the Director
  • Minimum 3+ years experience as a Multi-Unit Manager (District Manager, Area Director, Area Coach)
  • Minimum 3+ years experience as a General Manager, RTM or equivalent.
  • Ability to frequently work nights and weekends.
  • Ability to travel, with frequent overnight stays.
  • Reliable  transportation,  to ensure  safe and reliable travel within District and to Regional/Corporate meetings as needed.
  • Travel to locations, as required / some overnight to be expected.
