Helena is an experienced human resources professional, having spent the majority of her career within the financial services industry as well as several years with a nonprofit organization. Patrice & Associates Hospitality Recruiting takes Helena full circle and after spending almost 20 years as an HR Business Partner is returning to her recruiting roots where she began.
Throughout her career, Helena has a demonstrated track record of coaching, building partnerships, effectively managing and resolving challenges, and improving management capability, while helping her clients achieve their business goals. Talent management and staffing have always been a critical focus of her work, and Helena is passionate about developing and coaching employees and managers to higher levels of performance. She has experience dealing with all levels of employees, ranging from entry-level to senior executives.
